The following 16 photos are suspects involved in the disappearance of GeoCachers.
To date, 24 GeoCachers have mysteriously vanished in this part of the country, and their whereabouts and physical condition is unknown. What these 24 GeoCacher's all have in common, is that their final logs were made in this very spot you are now standing.
Over a period of several months, police have been staking out this area and questioning and photographing people who they suspect may be responsible for the disappearances. All leads have turned up as dead ends, and the police were baffled... Up until last week.
A week ago, a newlywed couple from Thunder Bay, Ontario were on their way to Geraldton to visit friends and relatives, when they decided to stop here to find the Cache. As they approached the cache, the wife decided she had to go into the woods to relieve herself after the long drive, while her husband was entering his info in the log book. When she finished, she made her way back to the cache and saw 3 people forcing her husband into a van, and they sped away before she could catch up to view the license plate.
The witness has refused to be identified, in fears of her family's safety.
This is her statement made to the police:
"There were 3 people involved in the abduction.
I couldn't see if the driver was male or female, but the 2 others were male.
The men looked to be in their 20s or 30s.
It happened so quick, I couldn't see the driver's face or hair colour, because their head was covered.
One of the men had dirty blonde hair.
The other man's hair was sticking upwards.
None of them were wearing glasses or hats.
After the commotion I ran to the van, but it was too late. I couldn't see the licence plate numbers, but there was a large spray painted Orange G with an X in the centre on the back of the van.
I collapsed on the ground crying and pounded the dirt with my fists. That's when I noticed a clip-on bow tie on the ground."
***The order of the numbers in the combination, will be from left to right, and top to bottom in the photos of the suspects provided.***
