Geocache Description:

CACHE IS NOT AT THE PUBLISHED COORDINATES, BUT THERE YOU WILL FIND GREAT VIEWS, even better if you bring some quarters!

Updated 11/23/20 to slightly change puzzle and hide.

At the posted coordinates you will see an optical instrument that has a dial around the stand that will provide vector numbers (0 to 99) for whichever direction you are looking.

Its best to print out the pictures and table below. Solve for coordinates by first finding the vector for a pictures and then use the table to translate that vector into a digit of the coordinates. Don't worry about getting an exact vector since +/- 2 units is accurate enough to find the closest vector value in the table. So its not so easy, two of the vectors will not be used.
