The City of Liberty Lake has been working together with Avista to provide a Public Electric Vehicle Charging station at Town Square to promote the use of Electric Vehicles. The Charging station is located near the Farmers market, held on Saturdays during the season.
Here are a few important facts about the charger:

The station itself is a Level 2 charger, 30 amp rated unit, but charge rate is dependent on the vehicle being charged;

As of now, there is no fee for charging your vehicle at this station;

The two parking spots in front of the charger are only for electric vehicle charging;

Two vehicles can charge at the same time.
Not only the City of Liberty Lake is working to install Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, different Businesses are also providing locations for Charging Stations. Note to be sure if you want to charge your EV to use a Public Charger. Some Businesses provide a Private Charger for their employees only. This puzzle cache will show you some EV Charging Stations in the area of Liberty Lake.
The cache is NOT located at the Posted Coordinates, you will need to solve the puzzle below for the actual location.
First you will need to go to the posted coordinates and find one of the Public Accessible Charging stations. On this station you will find an identification number.
You need the number in the following equation: A = (number on the station) - 52000 + 242.5.
After finding this first Charging station you will need to proceed to a second location. Go to waypoint 2 at N47 40.465 W117 05.519.
By now you know the trick; find the Charging Station and calculate B. B = (#letters in company name on the Charger and multiply with 75) and add 74.
For the final you will need to project a waypoint (aka make a projection) from the second waypoint (you are standing now), using the following information:
Project the final at a bearing of A degrees, then calculate the distance of B feet.
