Geocache Description:

Search for the lost treasure of Mary Hyde

The event is at the posted coordinates.

Ahoy all you scurvy sea scoundrels!! Our crew has been plundering caches up and down the North Saskatchewan for many a year now looking for ill-gotten booty. The Mary Hyde tried to outrun us but her ship's hold was full of treasure so it took on water and ran aground. There was too much swag to take it with us so we buried it near here. Unfortunately our ship got caught in a tempest and we got shipwrecked before we left and the treasure map was lost. A chest full of treasure awaits the scallywag who can find it (or at least a souvenir)!! I look forward to seeing all you salty sea dogs!! Aaarrrggghhh!!

P.S. There be prizes for the scurviest looking adult pirate and the best dressed little bucaneer so dress up!!

Date: Sunday, July 16, 2017
Time: 11:15 - 11:45 am

Place: Santa Maria ship in WEM

P.P.S. There is a limit of 50 pirates on the boat at one time so if more show up then we'll have to take turns. Hopefully everyone can get aboard for a group photo. Please come dressed in your best pirate costume so that the photo will be awesome!
