Geocache Description:

A decent sized cache to stick all your bits in. None of this micro stuff! Located in a cemetery this is a park and grab for the whole family.

For many years the family have been trimming Bestamore ( Grandma's) roses and other plants on her grave. All these years I have looked at Pops side and thought it really needs something special on there. Pop was an outdoors man, something he passed onto the next generation sooooo... For your geocaching pleasure I present to you.

SF 70!

The friend of all Kiwi hunters, trampers (hikers) and an Icon of New Zealand. I thought there should be a decent sized cache around to put all your bits in. Lets just say with the help of a few people at work and in depth knowledge from those who have actually constructed SF 70's, this project morphed into a 1:5 scale model and a setting inspired from the New Zealand outdoors.

To go with this cache are some very special little plants. Two daisies. One only found in Lees Valley on 6 hectares of land the other no long can be found naturally in the wild, but efforts are being made to re- establish them. Who knows one day caches may appear where these guys and their friends are found. I can garantee you those caches will be a lot harder to get to than this one!

Just make sure when your finished with SF 70 the lid is pushed down snuggly. Don't worry about jumping over Pop and Bestamore, the whole family does it, they will enjoy your company!

Happy Caching
