Active Duck Multi-Cache

As a member of the Quinte Area Caching Krew. (Quackers)  What is a Quacker to do to keep in Caching shape in-between caching adventures?   Be in an area to work out to!   In an area with a park nearby and a rink as well for walking (or skating).  Or swim if one's inner duck wants.  Or at a workout area.  

This is my first attempt of a multi cache.   I have another in my possession.. But that, I had adopted from another cacher when they were moving to Ottawa.  I wanted to give it a go myself.  Not complicated or long.   For the first stage.  Owner knows its there.  Not to worry.
