Jackson Trails' Trails Traditional Cache

Cache easily accessible by a short walk from any of the paths into the Wetland/Stormwater Management Pond, or Pioneer Plains Park. Parking is available at the top of Stittsville Main where there's a turnaround. Depending on how much snow accumulates, may not be winter friendly, so have attributed as not winter friendly.

Room for small Trades, and make sure to BYOP

This Cache has beed muggeled a few times recently so leaving trade items, and especially trackables is not suggested as they tend to go missing. Muggles always leave the log book though...

Foxes, deer, turtles, turkeys, coyotes, beavers and even bear are fairly common sights in Stittsville, but it’s not often you see an otter. On November 8th 2015 a River Otter was spotted in the Jackson Trails Stormwater Management Pond.

Residents of this development are fortunate to have the opportunity to appreciate and enjoy these natural environment features right in their backyard. 

It's a nice walk in the morning / evening as there's always wildlife around.
