Scouts come from all over the world to visit Kandersteg and enjoy the area's many attractions. One of these is Geocaching. Some Scout groups run caching courses which cover the theory and the practical outdoor part. This cache joins the others around Kandersteg as part of the practice material.
You can park at the cable-car station station, or in the woods, but you have to pay.
Of course, Cachers who are not Scouts are also welcome to find and log this cache.
