Avast, ye scurvy dogs, there’s a new game afoot. Some wench by the name o’ Mary - rumor has it she’s a sea cap’n - seems to have hidden a treasure amongst some nearby islands, an’ I’m lookin’ fer the map she marooned. Aye, if ye believe the stories, she’s torn the map into pieces an’ scattered ‘em over a vast territory. The scoundrel who finds ‘em all can plunder the booty - savvy? Who will join me on this quest?
Meet me at Roy’s place on July 16th at 8am. Arrrr! Roy doesn’t fly a Jolly Roger (could he be Jolly’s brother?), but I’ve never seen him turn away anyone who does. I understand he’s got a decent cook an’ wenches serving grub and drink if you’re so inclined. But bring your own gold pieces - I’ve got me own crew to cover!
Earn a souvenir by attending an event this weekend. All pirates an' privateers like keepsakes! Then ye can collect several more (some ol’ landed seadog likes to call ‘em map pieces) over the next several weeks - see Mary's note. Who knows, these souvenirs might be worth somethin’ more than face value, an' maybe they carry secrets!
