Afton Marsh Nature Reserve sits between Freshwater Bay and Freshwater. It is a lovely walk, surrounded by trees and bushes, and a great place for seeing and hearing local birds. The cache is named after the distinctive call of the Yellowhammer which seemed to be following us. Other birds are available.
The cache is a small bison, containing a log only. Please bring your own pencil.
Please note - roadworks on the Blackbridge Road bridge until August 2017. Footpath access is unaffected.
With thanks to Gift to Nature/Isle of Wight Council for permission to hide.
Congratulations to Jacko's Monkeys for FTF
