The Mug House is one of our gems. It may be small, but it is mighty! It was once the original church ale house.
It is set in the grounds of the Claines Church, which has its own CM and is said to be one of only two pubs stood in consecrated ground.
The official start time of this event will be 2pm and it will officially end at 3pm. However, it is pretty much guaranteed that I will be there beyond that time (and probably beforehand!)
Due to the time of year and the day and time of day, it is more than likely that there will be a wedding at the church. The Mug House is often used during weddings, but there will be room for all of us. Certainly, my plan is to bring some picnic blankets so we can decamp to the nearby field if needs be :)
Come and join me, meet new people (hopefully) and catch up with some old hands (if they turn up). You're at least guaranteed to meet me :D
