This is a sister cache to one I have on the Shawnee Mission Park mountain bike trails. This one is on the mountain bike trails at the new Lexington Lake Park. This park has a boating and fishing lake, shelter house, playground, restroom and paved and unpaved trails. The cache is about 25 feet of bushwhacking off the trail in the northeast corner of the park. The trail is a loop with a others caches. The mountain bike trails are closed when conditions could lead to trail damage so please respect these closures and try another time. There are several interesting stone walls in the park and while the cache is near one it is not in or on it so please do not disturb the walls. Please respect the seasonal park hours and do not enter when the gates are closed.
