I often cycle round this area - especially on my way to a fish van which calls weekly at Dalston on a Tuesday. This is on a really quiet road/lane with other caches nearby. The whole thing makes a good circular walk (or drive if you prefer - or indeed any other form of transport) if you want to collect more than one cache. If you're driving, you can easily pull in to park while you grab the cache.
Farm gates make good locations for magnetics, but because the cache itself is small, it does mean that there's only room for the log book.
I've visited this one several times to check it's OK and this morning (7.5.19) I logged the 3rd replacement log book because the last one was soggy! The new log book is quite a tight fit, so you may need tweezers to pull it out - gently please!
