Geocache Description:

I never knew there was a path over here... So of course I had to explore it. Take note of the Little River Water Treatment Plant that will be on your right if you are walking the path. I could give you a history lesson about the plant, but that would be boring. Instead, I will tell you about the Mallard and Black Ducks that I see sitting on the reservoirs all the time. I even saw them with babies there this spring. Also, the rabbits are everywhere. I have only taken this path twice now so far, but have seen a dozen rabbits.

I gotta say, the first thing I thought when I saw this spot was 'I wonder if I could get a cache here.' This spot is just scenic and I enjoyed sitting here on the rocks. I hope you like it as much as I did.

Push on through the vegetation, the path will take you to the rocks. It was clear in the spring, overgrown in the summer. Please watch your step, some of these rocks move. Mosquitoes are definitely a factor. Might be dangerous in winter if you slip on ice on those rocks. Be careful. Just putting it all the table for you!

Please remember where you found the cache and place it back where you found it. I don't want to lose it in any deeper holes, lol.

Difficulty and terrain level increased due to overgrowth that makes it more difficult to get to (Aug 2024)
