Sobrado da Dona Loquinha

O Sobrado Dona Loquinha é um casarão antigo, feito por escravos em 1780, sendo uma das primeiras casas construídas na Ilha. Essa casa fica no meio do trajeto da trilha da Costa da Lagoa. Ou seja, pra chegar lá tem que fazer a trilha, ou pegar um dos barcos que saem da lagoa e descer próximo ao ponto em que ela está. Mas a trilha é tranquilha e a vista que se tem do sobrado para o mar é maravilhosa.
O sobrado é patrimônio histórico, mas aparentemente está abandonado tanto pelo proprietário como pela prefeitura, e é mantido fechado o tempo todo.

Sobrado Dona Loquinha is an old house, made by slaves in 1780, being one of the first houses built on the Island. This house is in the middle of the path of Costa da Lagoa's trail. So, to get there you have to make the trail, or take one of the boats that and descend nearthe point where it is. But the path is quiet good and the view from the ocean to the sea is wonderful.
The house is a historical heritage, but apparently abandoned by both the owner and the town hall, and is kept closed all the time.
