Geocache Description:

This is the second cache in the J. R. R. Tolkien Series caches. You do not have to find these caches in order, but the CO of the caches tried to make them from beginner to moderate difficulty. This cache was based on J. R. R. Tolkien's book, The Hobbit. This cache is on Cedar Ridge Church's private property with their permission.

You are looking for a small container about the size of a pill bottle. It is not as big as the rest of the caches in this series, and is not a lock and lock. If you find it on the ground, that is not where it should be and should write so in the online logbook. You may have to do some minor bushwhacking to get to the cache, and it should be noted that there are thorns around it. Follow the path that starts at the trailhead waypoint (the Prayer Walk) and you can follow it to all of the caches in this series. Geocachers can ignore the "No Tresspassing" signs since the caches were placed with the permission of Cedar Ridge Community Church so that more people can enjoy the peaceful property. Please be respectful of others who might be using the space for prayer or meditation. There are signs along the trail for reflection or meditation that you can also choose to use. Also the church has provided a binder in the mailbox at the gazebo by the parking lot which includes a map. Feel free to use it but please return it when finished. Happy caching!

In the attributes, there is a hike that is less than 1 kilometer, and that is if you have been following the Prayer Walk like instructed and have already found cache #1 in this series.

Congrats to ohmelli and C Swann for FTF!
