For the last few years, anyone that has published a geocache in the western part of Texas has probably dealt with the West Texas Reviewer. If you wanted to place a cache between railroad tracks, in your 3rd grade school yard, or on the mayor's front porch, then he has popped your creative cache bubble.
Remember that archived cache you were going to replace in a week or two, and your proposed puzzle cache with the final in North Korea, well here is your chance to talk to (or about) that Mean Old Reviewer that shut you down.
