This is definitely worth the hike. A bit of a climb that puts you almost at the border of the Santa Rosa Plateau and one of the trailheads. You will see on your way up what you think is the goal .........your probably right. Enjoy the view once you get up there. Bring water.BYOP
The cache is tucked away next to the viewing point to the north side. Please replace as you can tell this is a well visited place. In fact I suggest you bring a plastic bag and maybe do a bit of CITO while you are there. Never hurts to help mother earth and make the place more enjoyable.
