Here you will be on a footpath, with a memorial behind a spiked fence, there is no need to go through the fence.

The cache is a 200ml Sistema , once you get to GZ there is really only one spot that it could be hidden. At times it can be a busy area with muggles driving by in their cars, so just time your grab
