This series, titled the Road To Ghost Town, will lead you out to where there was once a busy, thriving community that was destroyed by fire. If you follow the entire series, you can pick up 23 caches along the way, as well as the Lost City cache (GC36BJY) which will provide more information about the town.
The Road To Ghost Town series is meant to be a quick and easy cache trail that leads to a very interesting multi-cache containing information about a town lost and seemingly forgotten.
The caches in this series range in size and hiding style, so they should be a fair mix of changes for your geocaching pleasure. Some of the caches are larger than others and have room for some swag, while some of them are smaller and might be a bit more difficult to find. There are areas of the road for you to pull out and be able to make the grab for the caches, however, some may require a little bit of walking to get to.
Make sure you bring a writing utensil!! Please replace the caches as best you can for the next lucky traveler who comes out this way.
Being that this series is in the desert area, please be wary of any desert creatures that may be out and about. While hiding the caches, we tried to make sure that we didn't disturb anything in nature that looked scary or dangerous.
