This is near the sight of the first brewery to open in Asheville since prohibition, in 1994. 2016 data showed that there were 124 breweries operating in the Asheville area. This crazy growth has crowned this town "Beer City, USA". This is a great place to enjoy a little Asheville outdoors on a nice day.
