Must be approached from Highway 6 - this one should be really QUICK and Easy!
Our original Canusa cache - hidden in 2005 - lasted over 12 years It was a good life span considering the abundance of huckleberries in the area.
We decided to relocate the cache a short distance away and not quite in the middle of a patch of huckelberries.
This cache is located about 10 kilometers North of the Nelway border crossing. Look for "the old highway" just before the intersection of highway 3 and 6.
We wanted to hide this cache as a way of saying "Welcome to Canada" to all of our friends and neighbors south of the 49th. Of course, if you're Canadian your welcome to find the cache as well, eh?
