Monday, August 21 2017
2:30pm- 3:00pm
North Street Pavillion,
Waterville, Maine
Please bring with you any snacks or drinks you want, and one special piece of equipment- an eclipse viewer. No direct viewing of the eclipse! We will only have a partial eclipse, so you will have to have a pinhole projector- i found some simple instructions using a cereal box and aluminum foil here- https://eclipse2017.nasa.gov/how-make-pinhole-projector-view-solar-eclipse. What we should see during the event is the moon covering the sun almost 50%!
hope to see you there!
