Memory Lane - Frisbee II Mystery Cache

This geocache brings you to a small park. The park also boasts 2 public tennis courts as well. Extra points for deciphering the code manually :) 

My Story

Will the search for a perfect place to play Ultimate stop? Time told me yes, when everyone was too busy to come out and toss a disc or two. Nevertheless, this was one of the spots that we played at: in the tennis courts. A pretty safe place to play, honestly: no worries of stray discs flying outside the road (or so we thought).

Walking across the park you can see an empty field that looks abandoned: this is where I had my first ever Ultimate tournament with my friends, which we came in 4^th out of 16 teams. Considering the team was built from scratch and random messages in the middle of the night, I’d say that’s a pretty huge accomplishment!

Puzzle

In the park searching for buried treasure, you stumble across an old, unfamiliar machine… With the help of the Internet you knew you discovered a telegraph from the 19^th century! You start tampering around with the machine out of curiosity, and all of sudden you hear strange noises coming from the machine. This is what you hear…

"It's making a noise!"

But geocachers are always smart... They will figure it out.... Will they?
