This forest service road is not currently being used for active logging, however this could change in the future. Please use common sense when traveling and parking along the road. Access to this section of Bata FSR is from James Lake FSR not from the Ellison end. With a high clearance vehicle you might be able to find these caches as a series of park and grabs, but I encourage you to find a parking spot and walk or bike the approximately 2km round trip. The creek crossings would not be something I would recommend by vehicle. Please do not rely on cell service.
