This spot is a trademark or how amazing and unique Ephriam truly is. Fromhere you can see a hand built pirate ship constructed by a long time college professor. Please feel free to post pictures of your self with the ship behind but do not go into the yard. Unfortunatey due to multiple emails about this one going missing multiple times I have had to adjust it to make it a bit trickier. You will have to go about 6 feet off the sidewalk to get it, and it’s well camouflaged.
