Cabot Monopoly Series 2.0 - St. Charles Place Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Razz007: The hiding spot for this one was on a black rail fence that has been removed recently. I’m going to archive this one to free up the area. Hopefully, a local cacher will place a new hide. Maybe a puzzle! Wink, wink! Nudge, nudge!

Geocache Description:

Almost everyone has played the popular board game “Monopoly”, or at least has heard about it.  The game was "officially" born on March 19, 1935 when Parker Brothers acquired the rights to it from game inventor Charles Darrow.  From the classic board design to the hundreds of other “opoly” spin-offs, it is the best-selling board game in the world, sold in 103 countries and produced in 37 languages.

After archiving the original series a couple of years ago, I decided to redo an entirely new set of Monopoly hides for the area cachers to enjoy.

St. Charles Place is the first pink property and the first property on the 2nd side of the board. Alas, the real St. Charles Place no longer exists, as the Showboat Casino stands where it once was. St. Charles Place is the first property with a 2-digit rent, and shares rents with States Avenue.

Please hide the cache back exactly as you found it. If you find that the cache needs attention, please message me through my Geocaching profile.
