Soaring Eagle park is filled with plenty of biking and walking trails for all ages. This cache is placed somewhat near the road with parking close by. The goal of this cache was to be quite devious, so this isn't your average Park and Grab. BYOP.
Coords will be jumpy as you'll be in a forest.
To open the container, lift one of the corners on the plate and wiggle open. To close it, squeeze the sides of the plate and slide into place.
