It's CITO Week!
Ghost River CITO Event!
The Place: Where TN-57 Crosses the Wolf River entering Moscow, TN
The Date: October 1st, 2017
The Time: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM
The Twist: CITO!
Notes:
We will meet at the Event Coords at 8:30am if you are renting a boat or needing to leave a vehicle at the end-point. This is a strip mall that has given permission for people to park for $5. The boat rental owner has parking passes available. Once gathered, we will caravan to the put-in where Bateman Road Crosses the Wolf River(see the additional waypoint). We will need to leave some vehicles here for shuttling at the end of the float.
You can participate in the CITO without paddling the river. By helping with clean-up at the Put-in and/or Take-out, you will earn the right to log the CITO.
I will answer your questions to the best of my ability. Either post them here, the GOWT page on FB or to my e-mail. Bring snacks, lunch, water, a bag for your trash and for any trash you see on the river, sunscreen, skeeter repellent and a sense of adventure.
John boats may not make it through the River if the water is low.
