This cache is a short walk from a car park, which I set as a waypoint. I would have set the actual coords as the car park but my other cache is too close for that. It is located in the Lancashire Jubilee Woodlands, and while the public are free to walk around in the woodlands, try to stick to the already beaten path through grass, and be respectful. The puzzle itself isn't too hard, but it slightly fits where the cache is hidden, and I saw a good chance for a puzzle. There is a slight issue with Beijing and possibly New York, and on the small chance you get it wrong trial and error should lead you to the coords. Google / research is required for this puzzle, good luck :)
