I am placing this cache here in honor of my wife who lost her battle with nasty cancer a year ago today. She left me and our two girls way too early. We started coming to this area when the girls were young. Cathy loved it here. You have the lake, a small waterfall, the river and spillway all within short walking distances on the hiking trails. There is also a shelter house and picnic area here. Cathy took many beautiful pictures around here, including at the unique looking tree that is fondly refered to by what we called it in the hint. Feel free to post pictures of yourself at the tree or just the tree itself. BYOP. You are looking for a hide a key container. Be aware of muggles and please replace the cache as found. FTF can retrieve a Holiday trackable. Enjoy the beauty around you here as Cathy always did! Note: There is no gate or admission fee here. Permission has been granted from the Indiana DNR to place cache. UPDATE ON 7-14-22 New cache in place. You will be looking for a fake rock. Hint has been updated as well.
