Geocache Description:

A nice hike that ends in a great view over the amazing city of Revelstoke, BC!

This trail is well marked, a hike that's easy to moderate at times, and has felt the blows of the 2017 windstorm that blew through the area taking down many trees and branches.  Be prepared to go over or under the trees!  Trail is well flagged, and make sure you stay to the left all the way up!

The fourth of a 5-cache series, this one is worth the effort!!  Yes, still kid friendly if they like to hike, but not at all suitable for toddlers!!  This cache is a medium lock-and-lock container with room for a logbook and a pencil - maybe a few trading items as well!  You'll have to leave the trail again for this one - but the trail will remain in sight so don't fear!!

Now that you're this close to the viewpoint, continue up the trail another 200 meters for the Grand Finale.....an amazing view of Revelstoke's most famous river!!! From here you can see a very large eddy - the natural water formation that gave this side of Revelstoke (and this trail) it's name! Park safely near the bridge (watch the blind corner) and find your way!  Bring your own pencil for the series - and tweezers!!
