Some of Ms. Robert's interests included birds, history, plant life, hiking and climbing. She was a hike leader and a member of the Colorado Mountain Club. She was born in Pennsylvania just a few years after the end of the Civil War and had lived in Colorado Springs for about 30 years at the time of her death. She was laid to rest in Evergreen Cemetery in Colorado Springs.

To claim this cache you will need to answer two questions and take a photo and post it with your log.

1. What are the length and width of the plaque(just the plaque, not the rock) in inches? Don't guess! Take a tape measure or string and measure to the nearest inch.
2. There is a factual error on the plaque (not just a spelling mistake). What is it?
Finally, you MUST include a photo of the plaque that includes YOU AND/OR YOUR GPS. You may obscure your face for privacy reasons if you wish. A photo of the plaque alone is not acceptable. It must clearly show that you actually went to the location.
There is no short way to get here but there are several options. You can hike Barr Trail from the bottom in Manitou Springs, you can drive to the summit and hike down Barr Trail, or you can ride the train to the Mountain View stop at 10,000' and hike from there to Barr Camp where you will join the main trail.
