The Winchester Mystery House is an iconic home in San Jose. Many claim it's haunted so a virtual ghost seems fitting for this location. There is an admission to tour the interior of the mansion but the gift shop and gingerbread room (at the front of the gift shop) can be accessed WITHOUT paying the admission. You will not need to pay anything to log this cache but you will be limited by the opening and closing hours of the establishment. It is also free to stroll around the exterior of the house and enjoy the gardens.
