There is no physical cache to find at the posted coordinates. This is a virtual cache and requires nothing more than a picture of you, your GPS, or a thumbs up with the statue at the posted coordinates
"Couples See Man-Sized Bird...Creature...Something" This was the first newspaper headline published in the Point Pleasant Register in 1966 about the Mothman. The Mothman was first seen here in Point Pleasant, WV but it's been a hot topic throughout the US amongst folklore enthusiasts for many years. When Hateful Holly and I came to visit a Point Pleasant, we were very excited to see the Mothman statue and we both agreed that this would be a fantastic use of my virtual reward. Hope everybody enjoys this area as much as we did!
Logging Requirement - You must take a picture of yourself, your GPS or a thumbs up with the statue. You don't have to show your face, but a part of you has to be in the picture with the Mothman statue to count. This is the one and only requirement to log this cache. I will not hesitate to delete any logs not accompanied by the required image.
