The Washington Redskins have gone ‘green’ with the largest solar installation in the DC area. The 2MW solar array located at their home stadium contains more than 8,000 panels generating roughly the amount of energy equivalent to two and a half times the power consumed during regular season game days.
In order to log this cache, post a selfie or picture of your GPS device/smartphone with the 30-foot tall quarterback statue. Dubbed "solar man," it is lined with thin solar film that generates electricity.
