If you have ever been to downtown Jacksonville, you probably know about Friendship Fountain. If you have lived in Jacksonville long enough, you have seen the fountain change its appearance. Watching the water flow through the air is pretty neat but, if you turn around and look behind the scenes....

An unusual architecture of concrete. Spiraled and ribbed to hide the potential eyesores. The pumps inside are visible to the curious.

1) How many Portholes are there?
2) How many pumps are there? (Big things standing in the middle of the room)
3) What color are they? (Color blind people will be excused)
Bonus question: Have you lived in Jacksonville long enough to remember being able to walk to the top?(I couldn’t find the year that they closed the access)
