SIMPLE DESIGN -POW Traditional Cache

You're looking for a world famous penny pipe. It's a simple design.  A piece of plastic that is open on both ends.  One end is covered with the current choice of printed duct tape leaving one end open to slide the log in and out. Topped off with a paper clip as a hanger on the opposite end that is open.  There is no lid and yes the log stays in place and dry even though there is this force called gravity working against it. What a simple design to give us a simple smiley.  Please don't wad up the log and shove it back in the tube.
