Redmond rain may be treated and infiltrated in a rain garden.
This has the benefit of keeping these beautiful plants alive! Rain may also seep into the ground through permeable concrete. If you pour water onto the sidewalk, the water will soak right through it. Take a look at where that water went to find the cache.

Back before these plants had grown with so much success, there was a sign here describing the rain garden. The hide was right next to the sign. Maybe your best bet is to imagine where you think a sign should be? You don't need to dig around in the plants of the rain garden.
