Join us at Emmanuel Episcopal Church on January 20th, 2018 from 4:30-9pm for the 11th Annual Milestones Meet-n-Greet and Hidey Awards!
We will start with the 11th Annual Milestones Meet-n-Greet in the Parish Hall and conclude with the 6th edition of the Hidey Awards!
Milestones Meet-n-Greet Info
The milestones portion of the event will include a pot luck dinner in the Emmanuel Episcopal Church Parish Hall. Please bring an entree, dessert, salad, or soft drink to share. When you decide what you're bringing, please add your name and item(s) to the food sign up list below. Lastly, we reserve the right to stop accepting certain food items based on need. Crock pots are advised for those bringing hot dishes, however the church kitchen has a stove and oven that can be used for warming purposes only.

As usual, we will also recognize those who are celebrating any "00", "000", or "0000" milestones. If you would like a milestones certificate, please add your name and milestone to the milestones certificate sign up sheet below by January 14th. If your name is not on the sheet by the 14th, we will assume you do not want one.

Hidey Awards Info
The Hidey Awards is an event that celebrates the best caches in the Hampton Roads area. Geocaches are nominated by members of the geocaching community for a number of different categories. Up to 10 caches are selected to be nominated for each category and these caches are then voted upon by the geocaching community to win a Bronze, Silver, or Gold Hidey Award.
There are 11 categories being recognized at this event:
Outstanding Traditional Cache (Small or Larger)
Outstanding Micro Cache (including not chosen & other container sizes)
Outstanding Puzzle/Mystery Cache
Outstanding Multi-Cache
Outstanding Other Cache (letterboxes, wherigos, earthcaches, and virtuals)
Outstanding Historical Cache
Outstanding Cache Journey (Hike, Paddle, and/or Scenic Location)
Outstanding Cache Series/Geo-Art
Most Creative/Innovative Cache
Hampton Roads Hall of Fame
Cache of the Year
