Takikawa flowing through the district has a falls which are many steps called Shirataki.
Please enjoy the beautiful waterfall while going up the promenade to the cache and autumn leaves if it is autumn.
"Ruri Hime Festival" will be held every November 23rd.
Poet / Noguchi Ujo (one of the three great songwriters of the Meiji Period), acclaimed, "Shirataki in fall, maple trees cover the mountain, a screen of brocade."
地区を流れる滝川には白滝と呼ばれる何段にもなっている滝があります。
キャッシュまでは遊歩道を上りながら美しい滝と、秋であれば紅葉をお楽しみください。
毎年11月23日には「るり姫祭り」が行われます。
「秋の白滝、木と木のもみじ、山に錦の幕を張る」と詩人・野口雨情（明治時代の童謡三大作詞家の一人）が絶賛しています。
