Belgian Saison is a good one for if you're making a traditionally seasonal beer that would be served to Belgian farm hands, because people drank a LOT more alcohol than we Moderns would consider acceptable. But check the web before you select, cuz I make no claims of perfect accuracy in my from-the-top-of-the-head descriptions. ;)
