English Ale yeast, similar to Edinburgh (um, both English, right?), but I've also mentioned I'm doing this from my head. Except I actually did have to look up Cry Havoc, but hey. One in 12 for the day ain't bad, right? But check the web before you select, cuz I make no claims of perfect accuracy in my from-the-top-of-the-head descriptions. ;)
