Geocache Description:

Lakes Region Conservation Trust (LRCT) is a nonprofit organization that has worked to conserve and protect thousand of acres of land in the Lakes Region. You can find more information about them as well as trail maps on their website at lrct.org.  Come explore another LRCT area!

This cache is located on another trail in the Red Hill River area, but comes in from another direction. Longtime LRCT Trustee and Sandwich community leader Jocelyn Fleming Gutchess, who lived nearby, worked with LRCT on this conservation project before her passing in 2014. The trail has been named in her honor.  The cache is placed where the trail forks. The trail to the left will eventually bring you to Great Rock Road. The trail to the right will eventually bring you to an intersection of the Red Hill River Trail.  These trails are fairly new so you will need to pay attention to the terrain and the trail markers.  The cache is a green bison.
