Net Shed Vista Park is small park with a large view of Liberty Bay. Two benches and a picnic table, no facilities, limited parking. Fjord Drive is oneway with a wide walking path from downtown continuing to Lion's Park at 6th street. All city parks are open from Dawn to Dusk.
Usually not too many muggles in this area but be aware of walkers and the residents across the street. Bring a pen.
