This cache has been archived.

jupiterpearl: Muggled last week - has had a good 70 + finds - thanks for searching - quite exposed and I think some of the soccer players muggles know about it so I won't replace one here.
The swamp remains empty for now.

Geocache Description:

This long piece of parkland has a football ground, swimming pool and further east Lord Reserve where the cache is hidden. This precinct used to be source for water for market gardens and a swamp. Stop to kick the footy or from Nov - April swim a few laps in the local 50 m pool. Watch the cricket matches or soccer matches depending upon the season or just bring the geodog for a run !

This is Lord Reserve - formerly part of the swamp in the area and a source of water for surrounding market gardens ( and the proposed Sugar Mill built by William Ross - of Rosstown fame) - it also has within its boundaries  the popular Carnegie Pool - Memorial Swimming Pool and other playing fields.

The cache - you are looking for a camouflaged cache amongst the structures in the area.  BYO pencil/pen - and no room for swappables. You are very exposed so choose your time to grab appropriately - Please replace carefully exactly the way you found it. Congratulations to elphin for FTF
