This is a CHALLENGE CACHE and as such the container IS at the posted coordinates. There is no puzzle to solve in order to find the container. But, as a challenge cache, there is a requirement that must be met before a "found it" log can be claimed online. Please read below to make sure you qualify before posting an online find.
From the guidelines: What is a challenge cache? A challenge cache requires seekers to find an associated physical cache and to find an additional set of geocaches as defined by the challenge owner. Challenge caches encourage geocachers to set and achieve fun goals.
Fun Goal: Attend at least one event in each of 6 different states. All events are fun! Where else can you spend time with people you’ve never met before but instantly have a connection? Some events are like a big fair with vendors, food, kid areas and of course, geocaches to find. Others can be a local cleanup or clearing brush and sprucing up trails. Still others can just be a fun time with caching friends at the local eatery. Any way you choose to socialize, geocache events are FUN!
RULES: The requirement to log an online found is pretty simple. All you need to do is attend one of ANY kind of event in each of 6 different states. That will be a total of 6 event caches, 1 in each state. You DO NOT need to attend all these events in the same day or year. It can take as long as needed to meet the qualifications. ALL event types will count in order to fulfill the challenge. If it is listed under the All Event Cache Types section of your Geocaches Found list, it counts. You may seek out and sign the log at any time but in order to claim a find online and add a smiley 
to your find count you must have met the requirements prior to logging an online find. If you DO NOT qualify, you can still find the physical container and sign the log but PLEASE use the write note function in the online logs stating you found it and signed the log but do not yet qualify. Once you have met the requirements you can post a 'found it' log and reference the date of your note.
A checker for your convenience has been provided as required under the Geocaching Guidelines.
Things to consider:
- I may occasionally verify online finds against the physical log and will DELETE your find if you did not sign the log book.
- I will also DELETE a found log if it is determined you do not qualify. Please adhere to the rules and only log a find if you actually qualify. Otherwise, use the Write Note function.
- The difficulty rating is based on the amount of travel needed to complete the challenge. It may be easy for some and more difficult for others. The hide itself is about a 1.5.
- Please use the parking coordinates and trail. Do NOT try to take a shortcut.
- Please re-hide the container as well as or better than you found it.
