You can probably guess where this is heading. Welcome to this awesome event that shall take place. This is all going down Saturday, December 9th, 2017, at 12;30 PM-2;30 PM. I did this same thing last 3 years and i think everyone enjoyed it every time. This is a white elephant gift exchange type of event. A white elephant gift exchane is (in simple form) is bring a gift, get a gift. You dont know what any unopened gift is or who it is from. You can not take your gift that you have brought, thats cheating. Please, everyone wanting to participate in this event will need to bring some money if they want to eat any food, and a unisex gift, if participating in gift exchange. You do not have to bring a gift or participate in the gift exchange, you can just show up to hang out and log this event. Please make sure you wrap your gifts, don't put your name on it. If a non geocacher gets a gift that is for geocaching(Tb's, GPS software, geocoins,.etc..) and have no intention on using it, it can be traded to a geocacher that will use it. If said non cacher receives a geocaching related gift and is going to join geocaching then they can keep the gift. I only say this because every TB or geocoin deserves to see the world, not sit on a shelf. Acceptable items are: pretty much anything off of geocaching.com, or anything between $10 - $20 no more spent, no less spent so its somewhat fair. If you purchase a TB, or a geocoin it has to still be in the plastic and NOT ACTIVE!!!!! There will be a tree that will be there place all the gifts under, also they are going to be playing some awesome Christmas music over the speakers!!! 
Feel free to get some pizza. Try to get a table, that way your pizza is not placed at someone else's table, unless that is your intention then as long as it is my table I won't say anything, hehehehe. If you have any travel bugs bring them for trade or just show(These do not count as your white elephant gift if the trackable is already active!). I will try to have an area designated for tradeable trackables, and an area for the "Just for show" trackables. Please tell all your geocaching friends about the event and invite, invite, invite. Bring extra's that aren't on geocaching.com. Just make sure they bring a gift. Please RSVP by 12-1-17 the restaurant is requiring me to give a head count. So come hang out with us, share a laugh, get a gift, give a gift, have some delicious pizza, and have a Merry Christmas........................... Eventually.
