yumitori: Long Bear is no more.
Originally hidden as a vacation cache by folks who never logged back into the site after they submitted the page for the container, it ended up under my stewardship after I attempted unsuccessfully to contact the owners over some problems.
Sixty-two accounts logged finds on-line for Long Bear in its two year lifespan, and it became the de facto travel bug hotel for the area. Unfortunately its location was very public, and it seems likely that contributed to its demise.
I've decided to archive the cache after its disappearance to open up the park for other, perhaps more local, geocachers to use if they wish.
