Geocache Description:

A well camouflaged traditional cache placed by two young geocachers in Edinburgh Gardens to inspire other young people in the area to get outside and geocache! It's well hidden but great for beginners and families. We hope it goes well alongside the other caches in the gardens. Tweezers may come in handy for the final. We hope to have lots of people find it!

Plenty of parking if you travel by car but also options to cycle or jump on the route 11 tram (stop 21). The nearest train station is Rushall on the South Morang line. The beautiful Edinburgh Gardens is a large park located in North Fitzroy. It was created from a grant of land in March 1862 by Queen Victoria and laid out by Clement Hodgkinson. At approximately 24 hectares, the park is large by inner urban standards. The Edinburgh Gardens are much loved and treasured by Melburnians. There is a skate park, dog walking area, football and cricket oval, the old Fitzroy Football Club grandstand, tennis courts, the Bowls Club, a rotunda and a children's playground. (Information gathered by RiddleyWalker). Bring a picnic and enjoy!

The cache was created and hidden by children from the area. You are looking for a micro cache so please bring your own pen and tweezers! Be careful of muggles and please put back as found. Thanks!
